Parking in the Town of Occoquan

The Town of Occoquan provides and maintains free public parking for the many visitors that come daily to enjoy the beauty of the town and it's many shops.  However, as Historic Occoquan is a small town, parking can sometimes be a little challenging.

To assist you in finding a spot, below are the places to go to park your car.

Street Parking

Free street parking is available on all streets in the
Town of Occoquan.

Commerce Street, Ellicott Street, Mill Street, Union Street, and Washington Street all have parking and provide easy access to nearby shop.

The ATM in town is located near the Prince William County Visitor Center, which also provides the only public bathroom facilities.

Public Parking Lots

The local town government also maintains the following Public Parking Lots

Under Bridge Public Parking Lot

Description:
Located at the easterly side of town, Under Bridge Parking is on Mill Street. 
 
Directions:
As you enter Commerce Street, take a right at the first intersection onto Washington Street, and a right again on Mill Street.  The lot is located on your left as you go under the 123 Bridge.

Please Note:

Not only is this the largest lot, but it is also the only covered parking in Town.
Mill Street Public Parking Lot

Description:
Located at the easterly side of town on Mill Street, it is cattycorner from the Under Bridge Public Parking Lot

Directions:
If you come into town on Commerce Street, take a right at the first intersection onto Washington Street, and a right again on Mill Street.  It is located on your right just before you go under the 123 Bridge.

Visitor Center Public Parking Lot

Description:
Located at the easterly side of town on Mill Street, it is at the corner of Washington and Mill Streets.

Directions:

If you come into town on Commerce Street, take a right at the first intersection onto Washington Street, and a right again on Mill Street.  It is immediately on your right.

Mill House Museum Parking

Description:
Located on the westerly side of town on Mill Street, it is at the end of Mill Street.

Directions:

If you come into town on Commerce Street, take a right at the first intersection onto Washington Street, and a left on Mill Street.  It is at the end of the street.

Commerce Street Public Parking Lot
Description:
Located on the westerly side of town at the intersection of Ellicott and Commerce Streets.
Directions:
If you come into town on Commerce Street, take a right at the first intersection onto Washington Street, and a left on Mill Street.  Then take a left onto Ellicott Street.
